1. Age & Eligibility Requirements

Kwiki Weed Delivery is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID. Individuals aged 18-20 may purchase if they possess a valid Medical Marijuana (MMJ) card issued by the State of California.

All orders are subject to ID verification at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service if valid identification cannot be provided or if the customer does not meet legal age requirements.

2. Service Area

Kwiki Weed Delivery operates within the following regions:

• Orange County, California
• Inland Empire, California (includes Riverside and San Bernardino counties)

We do not deliver outside these designated areas. Delivery requests from addresses outside our service area will be declined.

3. Ordering Process & ID Verification

Orders may be placed through one of the following methods:

All orders are subject to mandatory ID verification before delivery. Our delivery personnel will verify your government-issued identification at the time of delivery. Orders will not be completed without valid ID verification.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the age and eligibility requirements and consent to ID verification.

4. 60-Minute Delivery Guarantee

If we fail to deliver your order within the 60-minute window, you will receive free delivery on your next order as a courtesy. This is not a cash refund, but rather a delivery credit applied to your subsequent purchase.

Exceptions to the 60-minute guarantee may occur due to:

• Unexpected traffic conditions
• Inclement weather
• High order volume during peak times
• Customer unavailability at delivery address
• Address access issues (gated communities, security delays)

We will notify you promptly if we anticipate exceeding the 60-minute window.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website include applicable California state taxes, local taxes, and regulatory fees. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout or delivery.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to update product prices to reflect changes in costs, market conditions, or regulatory requirements. Current prices will always be displayed at the time of checkout.

6. Payment Methods & Accepted Forms

We accept the following payment methods at delivery:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Payment is due in full at the time of delivery. We do not process payments in advance for cash orders.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no penalty. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible, and you may be responsible for the full order amount.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at (888) 652-4443 or via the website chat feature. Cancellation requests must be submitted before our delivery personnel have left the warehouse.

8. Product Information & Disclaimers

All products sold through Kwiki Weed Delivery are laboratory-tested by approved California testing facilities to ensure compliance with state standards for potency, pesticides, microbial contaminants, and other regulated compounds.

All products are intended for:

• Adults 21+ for recreational use
• Individuals 18+ with a valid MMJ card for medical use

Consumers are responsible for understanding local and state laws regarding cannabis use and possession. Kwiki Weed Delivery is not liable for any illegal use or distribution of purchased products.

9. California Legal Compliance

Kwiki Weed Delivery operates in full compliance with California cannabis regulations, including:

• California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations
• Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC) licensing requirements
• Local city and county ordinances for Orange County and Inland Empire
• Track and Trace requirements (METRC/Metrc)
• California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 4, Division 19

Kwiki Weed Delivery maintains all required state and local licenses. We are subject to regular compliance audits and inspections.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwiki Weed Delivery shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Any damages arising from product use or misuse
• Injuries or harm resulting from product consumption
• Damages resulting from delivery delays or failures to meet guarantees

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this provision may not apply to you.

11. Rewards Program Terms

Kwiki Weed Rewards Program: Eligible customers earn 5% of every purchase as store credit.

• Earning: 5% of order total (after taxes) is credited to your account
• Expiration: Reward credits do not expire and remain valid indefinitely
• Non-Transferable: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or gifted to other customers
• Account Specific: Credits are tied to your customer account and cannot be applied to orders from other accounts
• Minimum Balance: Credits must be used toward eligible purchases; partial credits may not be redeemable for cash

Kwiki Weed Delivery reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program with 30 days' notice. Any earned credits will remain valid under the same terms.

12. Referral Program Terms

Kwiki Weed Referral Program: Both the referrer and referred friend earn $20 in store credit.

• Eligibility: Referred customer must be a new customer and place their first order
• Credit Application: Both parties receive $20 in store credit after the referred friend's first order is completed
• Minimum Order: Referred customer's first order must meet minimum purchase requirements (as stated at time of referral)
• One Referral Per Person: Each existing customer may only receive credit for one referral per calendar month
• Non-Transferable: Referral credits are non-transferable and follow all Rewards Program restrictions
• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to decline referral bonuses if we detect fraudulent activity or multiple accounts from the same household

Kwiki Weed Delivery reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Credits already earned will remain valid.

13. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using our service, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information on orders
• Use another person's identification
• Attempt to circumvent age verification requirements
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our employees
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit our rewards or referral programs
• Use our service for any illegal purpose
• Resell, distribute, or unlawfully transfer purchased products

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, cancellation of rewards credits, and referral to law enforcement.

14. Modifications to Terms

Kwiki Weed Delivery reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically for updates.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.
